Recognition:

Beta Systems offers state of the art recognition solutions. These include OMR (Optical Mark Recognition), OCR (Optical Character Recognition), ICR (Intelligent Character Recognition), DFR (Dynamic Form Recognition) and BCD (Barcode Recognition). Data is completed using rules, data comparison (e.g. with customer master data), and manual post processing. Voting, Free form and Logo orientation are available as well.

Verifying Process:

The Verifying Process includes a Unique Number – double Scan check and Double feed check. Furthermore it allows the Check of Copy and traces of all editing work. Logical Checks and completeness checks are a must as well. This results in verifying reports which will be made available automatically.
