Beta Systems offers high-performance solutions for general mail inbox (Input Management) and mail outbox (Output Management). For automated received invoice processing in the context of SAP in particular, Beta Systems offers the FrontCollect® Invoice solution for SAP. This is seamlessly integrated with SAP, recognises all positions on an invoice, selects them, enters them automatically in database fields, tests and validates the data, then, once approved, transfers them to the SAP system.

Invoice design in Germany follows international standards, making selection of positions possible using a set of rules. Beta Systems has translated this set of rules into templates, which carry out automatic extraction and checking of invoice data. For transfer and booking into the SAP system, Beta Systems uses the standard interfaces. Manual work and paper thus become superfluous in large parts of the book-keeping process.
