FrontCollect®
FrontCollect® is a company-wide Input Management System for the automatic distribution of received mail, e-mail, faxes and other electronic formats.
In the course of this process, the software ascertains information necessary to processing, e.g. customer number and business transaction.

FrontCollect® Invoice
FrontCollect® Invoice reads and captures invoices, credit notes etc., automatically, and supports invoice processing up to and including the automatic checking of all invoices.

FrontCollect® Payment
FrontCollect® Payment is a payment traffic system capable of reading international fonts and rapidly, efficiently and securely processing payment traffic from receipt of a voucher to transfer into a book entry system. FrontCollect Payment is the basis of the controlled, image-supported processing of payment traffic.

FormsRec®
The renowned Solution for Automated Forms Processing.  
Within shortest time the standard solution FormsRec reads and processes large amounts of documents to extract the required data. FormsRec closes the bridge between paper and electronic data processing, using modern technology like Fuzzy Logic and fuzzy databases comparisons. Even poor documents are easily processed, maintaining highest accuracy and performance. Missing or incomplete records and data sets are automatically completed and the recognition results are optimized through plausibility checks.

EBS 20
EBS 20 is designed to handle the archiving of daily amounts ranging from a few thousand to many millions of COLD data records in all the customary formats. FrontOffice®
This comprehensive event management system creates temporary event folders for incoming documents, and searches the archive for documents necessary for event processing. The event folders are automatically set up in the electronic mailbox of the relevant processor. All processing steps are recorded and are available for evaluations. FrontOffice® thus enhances security and speed in your service- and customer-oriented processing.
