Optimizing and extending customer services with Beta Systems


Bancaja was able to optimize the document creation process in the branch offices and offer its customers a new customized electronic correspondence service through the implementation of Beta 93.

The company uses Beta 93 to process a monthly data volume corresponding to 20 million pages. Beta 93 supports documents of any type, which are generated in addition to carrying out four million transactions each day. The solution’s functions form the basis for new services Bancaja is planning to offer its customers in the future.
